About me

I am a BACP Registered Counsellor and as such practice in accordance with their ethical guidelines. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Therapy and predominantly draw upon Systemic and Psychodynamic theory bases in my counselling work. I trained at the Relate Institute and worked for a number of years for Relate Mid Thames & Bucks, ultimately being promoted to an Experienced Relationship Counsellor.

Prior to working with Relate I trained and worked as a Bereavement Counsellor for the Camden, City, Islington & Westminster Bereavement Service in London, supporting bereaved clients on a one-to-one basis.
