Couple WORK

Relationship counselling helps you as a couple regain control over the health of your relationship. During our sessions we will have a good look 'under the bonnet' to work out what's going wrong and why.

Your relationship does not exist in a bubble - it can be influenced by many external elements: your own family history, work, finances, children, infertility, societal pressures, past hurts etc. Through talking together we will peel back the layers to get to the heart of the matter.

These explorations can bring about profound change as your perspectives start to shift and you begin to see things in a new light. You will develop a deeper understanding of yourselves and the other, thereby bringing a renewed authenticity to your relationship.

Whilst ‘Relationship Counselling’ has a specific and specialised focus, this is more about how I work and less about what we can work with. Relationships are shaped by our myriad experiences throughout our lives. In our sessions you are invited to bring your story, your truth into the room where we will explore how your combined lived-experiences are influencing how your couple relationship is playing out. Clarity bring insight and insight brings change.
